                        Free Wills and Trusts Workshop

                        WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
                        1. Anyone who doesn’t have a will, including those without a large estate, but with minor children.
                        2. Those who already have a will but are interested in learning about trusts and if that might be a better vehicle to plan their estate.
                        3. Those who are concerned about the care of their family when they are gone.
                        4. Those whose will/trust is outdated due to family changes such as the children growing up, changes in the lives of guardians chosen to care for the
children, changes in financial condition etc.

                        TOPICS OF WORKSHOP
                        •  What are best tools to administer the estate (Wills vs Trust)?
                        •  What should I do in case of my incapacity?
                        •  How should I provide for my heirs?
                        •  How might estate tax impact my estate?
                        •  How do I pick the special people such as the administrator, executor, guardian or trustee?

Bring your questions; it will be a great neutral environment to ask any questions you might have about wills or trusts.
